The Ministry of SMEs and Startups (Minister Park Young-sun) and the Business Support Center for the Disabled (Chairman Seo Ki-young) held the "2020 15th National Disabled Business Conference" at the Sheraton Seoul D-Cube City Hotel on the 3rd. The National Competition of Disabled Businessmen is an event held every year since 2006 to boost morale against disabled businessmen, start-ups of disabled people, and spread economic activities of disabled companies with disabilities.

At the event, Son Kwang-oh, CEO of MPAC Plus, won the Minister of Small and Medium Business Award in recognition of his contribution to national development through exemplary corporate management.

CEO Son Kwang-oh founded Daesang Tech in 1985 as a vinyl bonding manufacturing industry and converted it into "MPAC Plus" in 2015 to develop a smartphone waterproof pack with urethane (TPU) and PVC film bonding know-how and unevenness patent technology. It led the domestic waterproof pack market in recognition of its waterproof capacity of 200 meters deep for the first time in the world, and is in the process of leaping into the global market by developing the world's only smartphone underwater touch waterproof pack.

Currently, it operates a brand specializing in multi-use masks and silicone puffs, and is producing and developing multi-use masks to preserve the global ecosystem at a time when disposable masks are indiscriminately discarded due to the COVID-19 situation.
